A property clean-up is a single visit that resets the whole garden. Lawn mown and edged, hedges sharp, beds weeded, paths blown clean, every leaf and clipping bagged and taken away. Pre-auction in Doncaster and Glen Waverley, end-of-lease in Box Hill and Mitcham, deceased estates in Blackburn, and the most common one — homeowners who got busy through winter and need to get the place sorted before family visits at Christmas. The scope is the same: whatever it takes to make the garden look like someone has been on top of it the whole time.

Pricing is fixed on the day after JJ has walked the property. No estimates that grow over the visit. If there are extras you want — a pressure clean of the driveway, a quick rubbish removal, fresh mulch in the front beds — they get quoted as line items so you can pick what is worth it. Bigger jobs split across two days; most are done in a single visit of three to six hours.
